Core devices are included. Large smart-home systems may require additional setup time or the Smart Home Installation service.
Before the visit
For Wi‑Fi and printers, yes. We set up the router, mesh system or printer you have chosen. For wired connections, we bring the cable. If you are not sure something will suit your home, call us with the model number before the visit and we will check it for you.
Your Wi‑Fi name and password, the login for your internet provider, and easy access to your modem and router. Everything is set up under your own accounts, and we will show you where it all lives before we leave.
On the day
Your technician explains what changed, what it costs, and waits for your approval before doing the extra work. You are never billed for something you did not agree to.
Price and booking
No. Booking only schedules your visit, and we never ask for a card online. Your technician confirms the final price with you first, and you pay her once the work is complete and you have approved it. Questions before then: (909) 652-2607.
