Service covers a wireless alarm kit you own, with up to 10 sensors in the starting price. Professional monitoring activation and permits remain the customer's responsibility unless separately arranged. If anything on the day is different from what we expected, your technician will talk you through it and nothing else happens until you say go ahead.

Before the visit
Yes. We install the cameras, alarm, sensors, doorbell or lock you have chosen. If you are not sure something will suit your home, send us the model number before the visit and we will check it for you.
Yes. Everything is set up under your own accounts, so you will want your Wi-Fi password and any existing app logins to hand. We will show you where everything lives before we leave.
On the day
Your technician explains what changed, what it costs, and waits for your approval before doing the extra work. You are never billed for something you did not agree to.
Price and booking
