The computer must power on and accept normal input. Hardware repair, business-server work, and extensive data migration are quoted separately. If anything on the day is different from what we expected, your technician will talk you through it and nothing else happens until you say go ahead.

Before the visit
Yes. All of the work happens in your home, on your own computer, and nothing leaves with us. Before any bigger change, such as an upgrade or a cleanup, your technician checks that your important files are backed up, and you can add a full backup to those jobs when you book.
Your computer’s login, your Wi‑Fi password, and access to the Apple, Google or Microsoft account the computer uses. You type every password yourself. Your technician will never ask you to share one.
On the day
Your technician explains what changed, what it costs, and waits for your approval before doing the extra work. You are never billed for something you did not agree to.
Price and booking
No. Booking only schedules your visit, and we never ask for a card online. Your technician confirms the final price with you first, and you pay her once the work is complete and you have approved it. Questions before then: (909) 652-2607.
