Your tech checks your current thermostat and wiring, fits the new one you’ve bought, connects it to Wi‑Fi and the app, and runs the heating and the cooling to make sure both work. Then you set your schedule together.

- Checking that your heating and cooling work and the wiring suits the new thermostat
- Taking off the old thermostat and labeling each wire
- Fitting the wall plate and the thermostat you’ve bought, level and secure
- Connecting it to your Wi‑Fi and the maker’s app, on your phone
- Running the heating and the cooling to make sure both switch on
- Setting your schedule and temperatures with you
- Patching small screw holes the new plate doesn’t cover

If something isn’t right when we’re done, tell us and we’ll come back and put it right. You only pay once you’re happy with the work.
Your heating and cooling must already work. C-wire hookups and add-a-wire adapters are priced above, and anything else your wiring needs is confirmed with you before work starts. If anything on the day is different from what we expected, your technician will talk you through it and nothing else happens until you say go ahead.

Before the visit
Yes. We install the lock, thermostat, doorbell or lights you have chosen. If you are not sure a model will suit your home, send us the model number before the visit and we will check it for you.
Yes. Everything is set up under your own accounts, so you will want your Wi-Fi password and any existing app logins to hand. We will show you where everything lives before we leave.
On the day
Your technician explains what changed, what it costs, and waits for your approval before doing the extra work. You are never billed for something you did not agree to.
Price and booking
No. Booking only schedules your visit, and we never ask for a card online. Your technician confirms the final price with you first, and you pay her once the work is complete and you have approved it. Questions before then: (909) 652-2607.
